FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can this and the Rhodium plated silver one both be worn in water (shower, ocean, pool) or is it better not to?
We always recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals for all jewelry (including solid gold) but these pieces can certainly worn in the shower, ocean, and pool. Make sure to clean and inspect all of your jewelry regularly.
Is this coming from China or out of the country?

Do you have chains longer than 24inch?

I’m allergic to cheap metal. Would I be able to wear this?
Absolutely! Our chains are solid sterling silver and finished in only the purest 18K gold or rhodium (platinum family).
How do you adjust the chain?
The first time can be a little tricky. There is an insert in your order that explains, but I'll include instructions here as well.
- Hold the end of the chain by the heart tab in one hand.
- Hold the adjusting ball (attached near the clasp) securely in the other hand.
- Keeping the ball hand steady, firmly and slowly pull the tab hand away from the ball hand.
- If the chain is still not moving through the adjusting ball, pull a little harder as the first time may require a little more force.

what is the thickness of these chains?
The chain itself is 1 mm thick and the loop on the end that goes through pendants is 2 mm wide.
Is this solid gold and if it is what caret?
This chain is gold vermeil (Solid 925 sterling silver with a thick 18k gold overlay). This keeps allows us to balance price point with quality for a really great value.
